The Aromas Library always needs help. Your interest and skills are needed. We need the following help:

Internet Volunteers: Do you use the internet? Do you enjoy working with people of all ages? Our community access internet program is very successful.We need volunteers to guide patrons researching the internet. If you are 16 years of age or older, are willing to participate in a one all-day workshop and willing to volunteer 1 to 2 hours per week at the Branch, WE NEED YOU! Homework Center Volunteers: If you are interested in helping students access resources needed for school projects and reports or just interested in assisting students with their homework, contact Kurt, Homework Center Coordinator or Jane, Branch Librarian for more information. Call 831-726-3240.

PreSchool Story Time Volunteers: Have you always enjoyed reading stories to your children or grandchildren. How about extending your family to include some extra preschool children. Do you have a special craft skill that you know young children enjoy. Call Jane and get involved with story time. Call Jane at 831-726-3240.

Community Cultural Series: Do you have a special interest or business that you think would be of interest to share with Aromas residents? Then call Jane at the library and get scheduled on the calendar for future Programs. See our Program Page for information on past and future programs

Friends of the Aromas Library raise funds to supplement the collection and to improve the library. They volunteer to rennovate the branch, assist the librarian, run programs for children, help patrons on the internet and help students at the Homework Center.
